Abstract：
Presents the revision background of design standard for energy efficiency of residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone, and summarizes the residential modes of residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone. Combining with the changes of outdoor air heat and humidity state in the eastern and western cities of hot summer and cold winter zone, discusses in detail the operation regulation about HVAC season of ventilation, dehumidification, air conditioning and heating in residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone. Considering the energy saving design of HVAC from operation regulation, summarizes the key points of energy saving design of HVAC in different seasons.
